Girl takes a long time to respond to texts. Normal or something to think about?

Me (31m) and 29f have gone out a couple times. I really like her and she says she likes me, and she says she wants to meet up again soon..

But we almost never have a back and forth conversation in text. Instead she will respond maybe twice a day, spaced many hours apart. And it's usually with like 3 side conversations going at once. It's very hard to sort out. The only time we had an back and forth conversation via text is a night she was out with a friend drinking. Thing is we can talk non stop for hours in person.

Every other girl I've "successfully" dated there has been more discussion via text. Can't tell if it's a lack of interest, or she just doesn't text like that often. I understand people get busy, and I'm probably over thinking, but I'm wondering what everyone else experiences with their text patterns. I hate text games but it's hard not to analyze what it means early on. She texted me earlier today that she would be watching the football game, and I texted her back around kickoff. I'm surprised she hasn't responded yet.

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
