Pregnancy? Help pls :D

Okay so I know I might sound like I'm overthinking

but basically, me and my bf were having sex and it really hurt since its still the first few times so we stopped. then I ended up giving him a blowjob. He literally came all over my face so I immediately went to the bathroom to wash it off, I rinsed my face with water and then I dried my face with a paper towel. Then I felt like I was bleeding from the sex so I took the wadded paper towel and kinda put it against the entrance of my v*gina to see if there was any blood would soak in it but I didn't put the towel in. I'm just worried that the towel had any sperm on it. Am I just being paranoid? Help a girl out I really don't wanna be pregnant. Sorry if I'm educated wrong and I sound stupid lmaoo thanks😭

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
