Help! Need urgent condom advice

Hi,

Im a 17M and I'm gonna have sex in a few days so I've been practicing putting on condoms as it's been a while. I calculated the ideal condom nominal width I need by using the formula: Girth in cm x 4.5 which gave me 54. So a condom near 54mm nominal width should theoretically be ideal for me. However when I practiced using some standard Skyn 52mm condoms and rolling them down, they didn't stay at the very bottom of my shaft and rolled up about an inch or 2 no matter what I did. I believe this then causes a few horizontal wrinkles in the condom as it's not fully stretched over my whole penis. So I tried a 60mm condom which I knew would be too big (and it was), but it covered my entire penis and it didn't roll up, so I'm a little confused. Any help or advice would be much appreciated!
