Snapchat advice for a noob? Dont know how to interpret.

Ive been talking to this girl for about half a year at work (I know I know lol), shes constantly touching me, complimenting what I wear, and asking me if something is wrong if I look even remotely tired... so I ended up seeing her on Tinder and got her Snapchat. I didnt even know she was single actually, Im a little slow lol.

Anyway, I sent her a silly snap and she seemed excited and asked how I was blah, blah, blah. After a little texting I just cut to the chase and mentioned I saw her on Tinder and didnt know she was single. Once I said we should meet up she saved the chat and stopped responding.

Have I totally misread the situation as her just being nice? Shes definitely flirty with me, but now I assume shes just like that with everyone. I texted her back a week later just laughing at a funny story pic and she responded to that... so I deleted the chat and unfriended her. I hate when people play games with me, and feel even more disrespected if she wont just make it clear shes not interested. It makes me look dumb and its pretty embarrassing to chase someone that doesnt care about you.

I will eventually see her at work again, Im not gonna be an asshole. But I definitely wont be giving her special treatment anymore.

Am I overreacting in this situation? I feel like she just liked my attention, but not me in particular. I would rather have my dignity than be seen as an orbiter.

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
