I feel conflicted about something

This isnt affecting me badly or anything but it's just something i sometimes think about. It's not really sexual mostly but partly. Im early 20s and a guy. i always have these thoughts about mommy (not in an incestual way) shit like just relationship wise, like mommydom or whatever, although without the dom part because im not into bdsm like at all. I almost feel embarrassed about it especially sexually because when im sometimes aroused i have thoughts about stuff like pegging too, but normally i feel grossed or weirded out by it. It's just like my non aroused state of mind is more "vanilla?" I guess where I have no desire for "weirder" relationship stuff and so i feel ashamed sometimes of the way i feel when i am aroused
