Trying to Hook Up After First Hookup

So, this is weird. I know. My guy friend and I hooked up after years of being BFF’s. I know this sounds awful, and I know there are some judgy people out there but oh well. I need honesty. We are both involved w others too. So, I guess you could say we are each other’s “side pieces”. Well, after a planned day of just all day spending the day together and having sex and talking and etc. he got post nut syndrome. He’s been distant but we still talk everyday. He’s just not reciprocating the flirting, and initiating sex, etc... we are planning to see each other soon just to hang out and I really want to be with him again. To all the guys...how do I initiate...how do turn him on...what do I do? Do I dress up, flirt, touch him? I don’t want to make him uncomfortable, but I want him to know what he’s missing. He’s always been incredibly into me, for years and now I feel like he’s over it, even though he continues to tell me he’s still really attracted to me, yet he’s been distant. He claims he feels guilty about what we did. He’s my best guy friend and I’m prob way too into him but I’m not giving the sex up. Help!
