Question about pre-ejaculation

Ok so I’m really worried this started on Wednesday and I don’t know what to do or if there is anything I can do. I’ve been talking to this girl for a while now but on Wednesday it started to get a bit more intimate. First off I should probably explain that we only talk over text because of covid and just other reasons that get in the way. But what I mean by “more intimate” is that we’ve spoke about basically how we want to be together and go we both want to just sit down together and just hug for a while. Here’s the problem, I’m not horny or thinking about sex but for some reason just the mere thought of her or when I’m texting her I start leaking a little bit. I don’t know if there’s a medical problem or if this can be fixed but I’m really worried. Any help is appreciated thank you in advance.

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
