Does she like me and how to handle it

[m16], [f17] I’ve a crush on one of my classmates, and I think she also has a crush on me. Recently we’ve begun working together in group projects, and she’s the one asking me most of the time. And Sometimes she just calls me up on Discord because she wants to talk. And the last party at our school when I asked my friends (including her) for advice on how to flirt with a cute girl. She then said that I probably shouldn’t do it but rather find someone to be in a real relationship with instead of just being for one night. But we’ve known each other for about year and I think she once in the beginning had a crush on me then because how she was towards me. But these signs now are stronger I think.

So first of all, is it possible for a girl to become attracted to a boy even though she already had a crush on him? If she likes me, how can I also indirectly tell her that I also like her?

I would also like to know what tricks I could use to attract her to fall completely in love with me.

And lastly, should I maybe also ask her friend if she has a crush and maybe even have a crush on me?

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
