Blown chance?

So, there is this girl I’ve been talking to for a little while who I’ve kinda got a crush on and I feel like she kinda did on me at one point maybe still does but I don’t know. Anyway, she’s sort of quiet but is always really nice, but sometimes it’s hard to tell if she wants to be flirty but is shy. Like I said, we’ve been talking and I was really thinking about asking her out. So she sends me something in response to a question then in a different message says “what are you doing.” It kinda took me by surprise I was at work, but I guess shooters shoot and I replied “I’m at work, what about later?” After that she said she meant it as part of the other message and not in that way. So, did I mess up the opportunity or further opportunity? Or maybe not cause it’s not like I was shot straight down I guess. I don’t know though, looking for someone’s opinion because I hope that stupidity didn’t ruin any chances

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now. We hit it off and spent a lot of time together but she began to push our relationship as if there were a time clock for milestones.
