About 6 days ago (Friday) at night, I masturbated and when I finished I was still like aroused, as in I wanted to masturbate more, but I didn’t. The next day I felt like masturbating and I did, but only to find I was still aroused after that. This kept going on until I started panicking, like why can’t I satisfy myself? So I drank super heavy in the hopes maybe this could help? The next day, which was Monday I still had those feelings. It’s now Thursday and I’ve stopped masturbating for two days, still with the same feelings. What the hell do I do? My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
