(F26) I have really high sex drive, and I'm not sure why

Before I got pregnant in 2017, I had a relatively normal to low sex drive. But once I got pregnant, my sex drive went through the roof. Even though my child is 2ish years old now, my sex drive continues to be at the same level, if not even higher. I have noticed a frequency of sex dreams where I will have orgasms in my sleep. The past three nights I've had this occur, which is unusual even for my history of sex dreams. Hormones are good, and I'm chronically ill, so I shouldn't have this high of sex drive. I usually have sex 2-4 times a month with my husband, maybe more than that. But that doesn't satiate me.

Has anyone else had this happen to them? The only thing I can think of is being pregnant did something permanent to my body. How do I work with this? It's not that I don't like it...I do. I just feel like I might be somewhat out of control with my thoughts.
