Boyfriend says "it doesn't matter if we never have sex again"

Last week, my boyfriend of 5 months told me that he doesn't care whether or not we have sex. He's bi btw. I asked him if he was asexual but he said no. I'm trying to wrap my head around this but I can't understand what he means. If he isn't having sex with me, then where is he getting it from? It's stupid but I feel like he doesn't desire me sexually and I no longer feel attractive to him.

However our sex life hasn't changed. He still seems like he's enjoying himself (he always ejaculates when we do it). And I still get orgasms. But it seems like he's doing this more out of obligation rather than actual desire. I have a higher sex drive than him btw.

He's often said that he "cares about me immensely." He said that if there was a dial, with one end being sex and the other end making me happy, that it'd lean more towards the happy end.

I've noticed that he follows quite a few lewd models on social media because "he likes seeing ass and tits." I admit it makes me a bit uncomfortable and it's a hit to my self esteem but I've just put it off as normal guy behaviour.

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
