Idk if this is allowed or not but I need advice

My boyfriend (18M) and I (17F) had been having secks for a week straight and he would go in without a condom sometimes. Now it feels like I always need to pee and it feels weird when I finish peeing. Even if I don't have to pee or I'm just sitting down, it feels like I need to pee. Idk if this is some type of sti or if there's something wrong with my bladder??? We took a break for 4 days and I still feel weird. I'm pretty sure it's been like this for 5 days now. I'm 16, 160cm, I don't take any medication other than the contraceptive pill. I don't have diabetes, which I heard was something that affects your peeing? I tried posting this in r/askdocs, I think it was, but it would instantly get deleted because I didn't have enough information.

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
