I want to be in a relationship with someone who just wants to hook up initially

I'm a 27 year old guy. I get really turned on by people who like hooking up for some reason. Even though I'd much rather be in a relationship. Like someone who waits to have sex kinda turns me off.

I'd really like a situation where I hook up with someone and realize we both like each other. Then we end up dating. And I'm really attracted to women who have been with a lot of men. I've only been with like 5 women in total, but I'd honestly really want to date someone who's been with like over 50 guys. I'm not sure why, but it really turns me on.

And I really would want a monogamous relationship too. I just want to date someone who used to like hooking up a lot. Is that weird?

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
