I was stood up on a Bumble date storytime/ I need advice

I'm a 20 year-old single female. Lately I have been feeling lonely because I don't have a BF so I decided I to try a dating app in search of a possible relationship/connection. Maybe my first mistake was to go looking for a relationship on Bumble.

I swiped right on a hot guy and he started messaging me through the bumble app. He said that I was gorgeous and that he wanted to meet me in person. He lives pretty far far away but he said he travels a lot so he'd let me know when he's in the area so we could meet for dinner. I get a text from him a week later and he told me he was going to be near me because he was on a business trip. I agreed to set the date to see him.

The first red flag was when he wanted me to find the place to meet him at even though the area he was in was literally in the middle of nowhere with little to no options for resteraunts. He wanted me to drive 60 miles to meet him while he only had to drive 12 miles from where he was on his business trip to get to the restaurant. He had set the time we were to meet for 8:30 PM. I went to the resteraunt early to check it out. I was excited, because it was my official real first date with a man.

I sent him a text when he still hadn't shown up at 9:00. No answer. At this point I am sitting in my car thinking to myself what the fuck did you get yourself into? I was getting so mad and was wanting to leave. It felt like a lifetime of waiting for this guy I met online that I don't even know.

Finally at 9:30 he shows up in a white jeep and walks up to me and gave me a hug. At this point I was thinking this could not be going worse. This guy has no respect for my time at all but I told myself I've waited this long and driven this far I might as well go into the resteraunt with the guy and get something to eat. So that's what we did. He seemed nervous but he was just as cute in real life as he was in the pictures. He was friendly. He asked me a lot of questions about myself and he also paid for the dinner bill. We seemed to have a lot in common and could talk easily to each other. At the end of the date he said hopefully I don't disappoint! We went outside, he hugged me and then we went back to our own cars and drove away. When I got home I saw that he texted me saying he wished we could have spent more time together and that he wants to see me again. Should I give him a second chance??? I need advice I'm new to dating and don't know what to do! I just wanted him do care enough to at least show up at a decent time.
