Deathgrip/libido issue, help wanted

Hi people of r/sex, I'll get into it.

After 3 weeks of not masturbating due to thinking I had death grip syndrome, I have felt no difference in penis sensitivity.

Ontop of this, what is really worrying is that I now lack a libido, I have a healthy diet and I take vitamin supplements which include zinc and Vitamin D however I don't seem to have the same "horniness" as I did about a month and a bit ago.

I haven't watched porn or anything like it since I stopped masturbating. I have felt no need to, though I really want to.

I also very highly doubt this is to do with my testosterone levels as I don't show any other symptoms.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
