When is the Right Time to "Come Clean" To a Girl about my Fetish/Sexuality [28 m]

I just moved to new city and meeting a lot of new girls through acquaintances, at parties, and also on Tinder. I'm not saying this to brag but I'm good looking, fit and have a good job, girls think I'm funny/interesting so I do pretty well at least at first.

My problem: I have some peculiarities and I never know when is the right time to break it to them. Like I wanna do the right thing but it's also awkward and I never really know when the right time is to "break the flow" of a convo and just tell them.

My two main peculiarities first I'm bisexual. And the second one I have a rather strong fetish of watching black guys fuck white girls. Like my big fantasy is to have a gf who will fuck black studs on the side occasionally when she wants.

When is the right time to tell a girl this stuff? It's like it's almost never the right time. If you say it at the beginning you come off as a sex obsessed freak. If you don't and you leave it for later they think you're leading them on. I've only found one girl in the past that didn't mind my weird side when I told her later. Anyway I want to do it the right way.
