Fear of being the rebound

I (25,F) have noticed I have a fear of being the rebound. It's to the point where If I meet a guy I find attractive and go on a date my attraction almost instantly turns off the moment they tell me they left a long term relationship or a marriage. It doesn't matter if it ended a whole year ago. I had a guy tell me his last relationship lasted 8 years and that he's still friends with his exes, they just grew apart and broke up 3 years ago. Both the length of the relationship as well as the "still friends part" sent me into a mini panic mode and immediately knew It was not going to work out between us and that died down fast. I absolutely avoid divorcees too. Is this normal? Does anyone else experience this? And to what capacity and how has it affected your life?
