Into this girl - need advice

I met a girl through some mutual friends about a month back. Prior to this weekend we were in eachothers company twice (with other people around), the last being about a week ago. Towards the end of the second time we all hung out, I asked for her number. We had chatted for awhile that day and got to know eachother a little. We had discussed how we both enjoy playing table games at the casino earlier in the conversation, and that was the "in" I used to ask for her number. I hadn't texted her at all since I got her number. Well I won money at the casino Saturday night and was in a great mood and decided to text her. I left the casino at 2 am, so keep in mind that I texted her about 2:15 am... I expressed excitement that I won and told her I was looking forward to when we could go together. That was it. She responded almost immediately and she asked about the night. I gave her a few more details and she congratulated me and asked me if I wanted to come over. So I went over there at about 3 am. We talked for a little and then messed around but did not have sex. Disclaimer: I don't like to have sex the first time I hang out with someone. We woke up the next morning and cuddled, chatted and she made a bomb ass breakfast. We made out a little before I left and talked about the next time we could see each other. I'm extremely busy this weekend with a small window Sunday, so we discussed next weekend with no mention of hanging on a week night. We had a short text conversation that evening, but I haven't heard from her since yesterday. I want to text her about her day but I don't want to bother her or overload her. I'm thinking of texting her Thursday and suggesting a short/quick meetup Sunday if it works for both of us. I like her personality. She's so easy to talk to. She's intelligent and has a great sense of humor. I'm into her but I also realize this is very early.

Background: I'm 31 and have been single for a year and loving it. Was in back to back relationships of about 7+ years prior.

Advice??? How should I play this?

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
