Guys- how forward do women need to be??

I(22F) recently developed a crush on a guy(27M) who’s (sort of) my coworker. We work for the same company but never see each other at work. I feel like (in my head) I’ve made it pretty clear that I’m into him and want to hang out outside of work/our mutual friend group. When we do hang out for work related things or with mutual friends, I get the feeling he’s interested but he hasn’t made any moves. We’ve asked each other once each to hang out/go to dinner, both times the other person was busy. I’m not sure if being super straightforward is the way to go in this situation, but I don’t want to let it slip away by not being direct about how I feel. I just want to see if any guys can give some insight because I know I have zero idea how men’s brains work lol

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
