Do most guys have success with Viagra?

I am in my early 50's. Due to some health issues I have to take 5 medications a day. ED has been an issue since my meds. My current doctor put me on Viagra a couple months ago to help me out. My success with it has not been so-so at best. I hear about guys walking around with erections all night long, but thus far that is never my case.

I feel like I disappoint my wife when I have trouble staying hard. I satisfy her every other way I can, but hitting the Home Run is eluding me lately.

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
