What to do?

Ill try to make this as short as possible but still include all of the details necessary.

I am a male and this girl is a female. Both of us are 20, but childish tbh, especially her.

TL;DR- Talked with crush for 6-7 months, flirtatious convos and exchanged nudes, stopped talking for a month, she hit me up we start talking again, after a month we had a minor argument, didnt talk for 2 years, then she hit me up 6-7 months ago, everything seemed great, she started leaving me on seen. Dont know what to do

2nd year of high school i started talking to a female friend of mine, randomly, and as time went by we became really close, but never been on a date (she canceled on me 2-3 times, some of the excuses were legit imo some idk). 6-7 months later we started trading nudes for a short time, few weeks after that the talking slowed down and we stopped talking to each other for a few weeks/months, but she was the one who hit me up and not the other way around.

Any kind of conversation was pretty much dead, we had a minor argument, and stopped talking for 2 years approx. in that time i hit her up to apologize if i was a jerk, everything seemed ok.

At the end of last year she randomly sent a message, she was wondering whats up etc talked for a bit, seemed like we started flirting again but nothing serious (she moved to another country when we had that argument, because of college, and by the time that we started actively talking again, she moved back here).

We talked about going out (would be our first date) but surprise surprise she started to leave my messages on seen and just didn’t respond. I tried hitting her up a few times, we would exchange some words but she would always leave me on seen. Last time i talked to her i said “Whats up?” And she just left me on seen.

Should i hit her up by telling her that some of those things bother me (which i have done in the past and a few months ago when she first started doing it), should I tell her how i feel etc idk what to do. I have a feeling like she doesn’t care about me, but if she didnt then why did she hit me up? Idk

Now, I wouldn’t be mad if i was the one who decided to talk to her again after 2 or so years, but she was actually the one who hit me up.

Few details you should maybe know:

She was in a relationship during all of our conversations. We were flirting constantly Some of my friends have said (by reading some of the messages) that im a f***ing idiot for not noticing that she had some kind of a crush on me.

Maybe im missing something, but if i remember any detail or anything ill add later.
