Could girl I like be lying about her feelings?

Yesterday a girl (16) I (17) liked had told me she realized I had feelings for her and that she knew for some time. I didn't deny it and made a joke about how she knew for a while and I thought it wasn't obvious. I later asked her if she liked me too because she never gave an answer but she said "yeah I guess" and just has started to act dry. I asked her if I was making her uncomfortable and she said “no, the answer is yes.” Later the convo stopped being dry, but I feel like it wasn't a genuine response and she doesn't really like me. It just feels like she likes me platonically. Am I overthinking?

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now. We hit it off and spent a lot of time together but she began to push our relationship as if there were a time clock for milestones.
