I'm in a situation that I'm struggling to solve

Outside advice/thoughts would be appreciated.

So I (M32) have been frequenting a bar for a couple of years, mostly alone because I prefer my own company and can't be bothered with any hassle that others can cause and end up being tied in with it.

A few months ago a girl (18) started working there. I'd met her in there before she started working because she was friends with another worker there but never really spoke to her, just acknowledged her.

Now, I'd like to add that the last relationship I had was 6 years ago so I'm pretty used to being single now, other than a few girls I met a few times between then and now, nothing serious. Because of this I feel absolutely useless at talking to anybody that I like and have no idea of how to read possible signs, and what are not possible signs of interest.

Basically, the last 2 months or so we have talked whilst she's been working, pretty much about anything and everything, joked a lot, laughed even more and as far as I can see she actually enjoys my presence (reading signs well or bad? No idea). As of the last 2 Fridays she has stayed later than her shift to sit and chat with me until late (signs?)

The most recent situation was Friday. I chatted with her at the bar. She finished her shift, came and sat at the bar and I bought her a couple of drinks before closing time. We generally just joke and laugh or make stupid bets like guessing something about each other and so on but I decided to start complimenting her appearance and positive attitude and so on. I asked her why she never wears her hair down because I think it looks nice down. Anyway, got home, slept, woke up, shower, shopping, whatever other daily things I do and then went to the bar again early evening. I walked in and she is stood at the bar with the most beautiful big smile and her hair is so straight and long down her back exactly as I asked about the night before (signs or no?). I tell her that I like it a lot and then she tells me she also has the snacks she promised to bring me about 3 months prior and then we chatted and joked again for hours. She mentioned her day off today and that she might come to the bar which I wanted to ask if she wanted to go together but I didn't because I don't want to invade on her free time so I just didn't comment on it. So Sunday came and I thought I'd go back because I was curious if she was dropping a hint to me or what. She was there, the only person in the bar other than the other guy that just started working there. She had only just got there and it was the exact time I normally arrive. We chatted and played pool for a couple of hours.

Are they signs of interest because I can't make sense of it. I feel like they shouldn't be because I'm not in any way good enough for her to give me so much attention but at the same time I've had female friends in the past which never gave half of the interest or willingness to engage as she does. I'm now at the point where outside thoughts can help me either keep a very nice friend or take it a step further and actually ask her out on a date.
