I (21m) am bisexual and want to have sex with a man

I’ve recently come to terms with the fact I am bisexual, so recent that I haven’t came out to anyone yet.

I’ve had sex with women in the past but I really want to have sex with a man, the only issue is I don’t know how to initiate things.

Because I haven’t come out I don’t want to ‘out’ myself using apps like Grindr, and also I just don’t know how to flirt with guys to get to a point where he’s ripping my clothes off lol.

Any advice is appreciated x
