Guy I was seeing has a girlfriend and I didn’t know

I matched with a guy on tinder and he took interest in me and acted like he wanted something serious. I turn into just a booty call and he told me he was about to move. He would invite me over to hookup but started acting really anxious and like something was off. We were seeing eachother for 4 months He ended up blocking me on everything no explanation. I found out that he was moving in with his girlfriend. Idk how long they have been together both of their social medias look like they are single. He first brought up moving in early October and we saw eachother until November so I’m pretty sure they have been together for a while to be moving in together but I’m not positive. Should I tell her? I feel awful because I didn’t know he was seeing someone and if I were in her shoes I would want to know but I hate drama. I’d rather just leave it be but I hate that he could have cheated on her and her not know. Idk their situation if they have an open relationship or just weren’t serious I’m just assuming they were committed enough to move in with each other.

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
