Domination - How?

Hi, I hope everyone is doing well. I have a question, yet I don’t know how to ask shape it. So, prior to sex, my female friend told me she liked to be dominated. She stated this over and over and over.

I asked her to explain it. What I understood was to simply treat her like a sex object. Almost rape like sex. I tried to meet her expectations, but failed. She said the sex wasn’t good at all.

I asked if I should have gone as deep and hard as possible and she said yes to the point of hurting her without stopping and she said yes.

I think the inhibiting factor was my lack of fitness contributing to a bad experience for her.

Has anyone been in her shoes or my shoes. What are your thoughts, and how can I make it so I am a memorable experience that she comes back just for the sex because it was so good.

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
