Less stress and more simplicity/stability in general I guess? I don't mean that relationships bring only stress, I'm well aware that they're a complex and deep thing. But I think everyone will agree that with relationships come a lot of new sensations, emotions and experiences. And there will be some negative ones, that's just how life works. So yeah, by being aroace I guess I lose some, get some in terms of life stability and emotional health. Life is already pretty complicated nowadays, I honestly cannot imagine how people have power for relationships. But I mean I'm happy for those who enjoy their time together.
