Refractory time in men

Hey all, got a question about refractory time in men.

I’ve been with my girlfriend for a few months now and everything is great. Sex is good too, for the most part. The biggest issue for me is I have trouble getting and maintaining an erection SOMETIMES - not all the time. I’m 25 by the way.

For example, this past weekend we had sex about five times and I had no issues what-so-ever. Usually, I can only see her on the weekends and everything’s great. However, she had a couple days off work starting Monday and she stayed with me. Monday took a while to get going - she helped me get there after playing with it for 10 minutes and I came only after a couple. Yesterday and today were different stories.

Yesterday I couldn’t maintain an erection so she finished me with oral. Today I could hardly get it up, so she just used her mouth to get me there. After about 10 minutes of that I got hard and instantly came. It happened suddenly.

Any ideas? I’m really lost. I’ve been to the doctor recently and had a blood count, so no low testosterone. I’m attracted to her, obviously. Could it be a long refractory period? I didn’t really have a big desire to have sex the past couple days, so I wonder if that’s it.

Also, I don’t jerk off anymore.

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
