Am I meant to use a condom for oral?

So I’m 15 and over the summer I’ve been having sex with my girlfriend, and we have obviously been using a condom for intercourse to stay safe and she has started taking birth control pills from the doctor. But where I live we can get free condoms with this app where we can go to a sexual health clinic and get a lesson on how to use condoms and once we do that lesson we get an activation code that allows us to use this machine that gives a pack of free condoms.

But when I got my pack it came with 12 normal condoms, some lube and 12 flavoured ones? Am I meant to use these for oral? Neither of us have done sexual stuff with any other people so is there still a risk of getting anything if I don’t use them? And can I use them for intercourse or are they for oral only?
