Should I be worried about getting pregnant while using the pull out method?

Pregnancy Scare (Please read everything to understand)

I (F17) and my boyfriend (M17) are a little bit worried so any help or some support would be great.

So in the past week, we have seen each other two times (exactly a week apart) and both times we engaged in sexual acts. Including the type that would land me pregnant. We did not use any form of protection any of the times we did it, and on one of the days we did it 9 times. We aren’t completely helpless in this situation though as we used the pull out method and cleaned up before each entry after finishing. The most that could have happened is some of that stuff being still on him and it getting in me. Obviously precum was present inside of me both days and after everything we over he did the best to scoop out anything from me and I did my best to scoop out anything after him.

I know that pregnancy can happen when one ejaculates or pre-ejaculates gets into a vagina or on a vulva. If you don’t know what a vulva is; it is the part of your genitals on the outside of your body — your labia, clitoris, vaginal opening, and the opening to the urethra. But I researched precum and found according to Healthline “Most people only release a small amount, and it doesn't typically contain sperm. But sperm cells lingering in the urethra from a recent ejaculation can mix with the pre-cum. Even if you manage to nail your timing and pull out before ejaculating, even a tiny bit of the fluid can get lead to pregnancy.”

But. This is the part of everything that scares me. “-even a tiny bit of the fluid can get lead to pregnancy.”

My rational side of me acknowledges that I have a condition called Hashimotos disease. It is a condition where the immune system attacks the butterfly-shaped gland in the neck (thyroid). For pregnancy this means it is unlikely I will be pregnant even if he were to finish in me. And if I were to fall pregnant the baby's brain and nervous system need thyroid hormone to develop. Which in my cause is hard to help a child grow. Untreated or poorly treated Hashimoto's disease can lead to miscarriage, birth defects, or other problems. Which includes me forgetting to take my medication or accidentally taking it more because my ADHD makes me forget and just a lot of things. As well as the fact that he didn’t finish in me gives me hope.

Today I was spotting indicating that my period may be starting soon, which it is supposed to be tomorrow according to my calendar and my stomach has been cramping and upset ever seen we did it.

I love him beyond any belief of mine or his and I would love to start a family with him one day but today is not the day, we haven’t even graduated high school and not finically stable with even a part time job. As well as condoms and birth control are a lot harder to get than one might think. Thank you for reading all of this!! Here are the questions I need answers to: • From what you know about the situation do you personally think I will fall pregnant at? • Is it too irrational to be scared right now? • Do you think my Hashimotos will help our case? • Why would precum get my pregnant in the first place?? • What do I do if there is a possibility I am pregnant? • Any thoughts?
