She broke up with me, but for reasons you wouldn’t expect and I don’t know what to think of it...

So my girlfriend of 3 months just broke up with me yesterday after we had just hung out. Keep in mind, we are both 16, but neither of us have cars so we get rides. We really do love each other a great deal, we get through everything together and just felt as if we were actually soulmates. She said her parents are forcing her to break up with me because her grades are slipping and because her schedule is so tight with her volleyball, baton, job, and her honor classes + normal classes that are all online. I know she’s not lying about how busy she is, or about what her parents said, because her parents also told me themselves. She’s now telling me she needs to rethink things and is barely talking to me. How does all of this happen all within the course of a day? I’ve been crying my eyes out because I truly love this girl and I don’t understand why she doesn’t seem to want to talk about how she feels about the whole situation. Hell, just a day or 2 before this she was telling me about how she can’t wait to see where our future goes. What should I do?? :(

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
