If you have time read my full story and help me out

This is a long post but I just need to vent and get opinions on the full story. Around this time last year I had met this girl at work, at first we didn't talk much and it we did it was just work related things. One day I decided to ask her for coffee but she kindly declined saying she had a boyfriend so I left her alone. She started to work more because she was finishing up with school so we saw each other more. We started to talk more and flirt with each other which I thought was weird but we continued. She had went on vacation with her boyfriend and before she left she asked me if was going to miss her and I said of course and when she got back she said she said missed me and had a dream about me. This made me confused but didn't really think much of it. I asked for her number because we had plans of playing a video game together online so she gave it to me. At first it started out with just texting each other whenever we were available to play but then one night she asked if she could call me so I said yes. She asked me what I thought we were and of course lied and said friends but she saw right through that and basically just made confessed my feelings for her. She said she also likes me but she is in a committed relationship and said I respected and if she wanted space from me I understand. She said she would like to talk to me and pretty soon we either calling each other every day for hours or texting. Her boyfriend didn't know she texting or calling me, he only knew that she had a friend at work that she talked to. Things started to complicated between her and the boyfriend and I also started to develop more stronger feelings for her so I knew I had to do something. I decided to not talk to her that much but she said didn't want that so we continued to talk to each other. Around Christmas time she had gone on vacation with her family and boyfriend but before she left we went out to eat and had a great time. The boyfriend found out and got really upset and gave her an ultimatum to stop talking to me or else he will break up with her. When she got back we talked and agreed to only talk at work and nothing more. I realized that I had fallen in love with her and I couldn't just be her friend so I told her that and she got upset and started to cry. She said somehow thats what she wanted to hear but she didn't want to choose between me and her boyfriend. At work we just look at each other and don't talk unless we have to.
