Does frequent anal cause damage/problems?

My girlfriend has her period at least 2/4 weeks a month and sometimes 3. We're on different work schedules so that one week we get a month often ends in her surrounded by the dogs asleep before I get off work. I still go down on her because she doesn't bleed when she has a tampon in but she gives up on going down on me once I get her off once or twice. Sometimes she just stops there and says "sorry my jaw hurts etc" sometimes I get lucky and she let's me stick it in her butt which she gets really into after a few minutes.

She's scared if we do it often she's going to end up like... Leaking. Has anyone here done anal multiple times a week, multiple days in a row, etc? Did it make you... Leak or cause damage?
