Do I ruin guys expectations or fantasy of me by meeting them online ?

Good evening fellow OLD individuals. I recently started a new job in November and moved . I decided to join hinge since I have been single for two years . After joining last month and being on 20 dates . I noticed that even though they all plan a second date only 2 has followed through with those dates and the rest inevitably ghosting me . I went on another date Saturday and he told me had a great time and for me to text his number so we could plan another date so I messaged him only for him to not respond . Mind you , most guys show interest in me , ask me out and when we meet up idk if it just shows them that the idea / expectation of me online is different than in real life or maybe I am intimating & they think I am not interested ( I tell them I am shy & more of a listener than a talker before tho ) here’s my picture if that matters https://imgur.com/gallery/aPt8pLn. .Maybe I am attracting the wrong guys or guys think I look different ?but the funny thing is I went to a bar after my date by myself for the first time ( just turned 21)and was surprised that guys came up to me bought me drinks &gave me their numbers & were genuinely interested ( 3 dates lined up ) so I know for damn sure it’s not cause I catfished them lol . I am just confused. Do you think i should focus on going out more & finding time from work instead of online dating where potential dates leads to inevitably being ghosted :) should I delete hinge ?

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now. We hit it off and spent a lot of time together but she began to push our relationship as if there were a time clock for milestones.
