'PLEASE LIKE ME' CREATOR JOSH THOMAS PROMISES GAY SEX IN NEW TV SERIES The Australian actor is writing and starring in the new autism-focused show 'Everything's Gonna Be Okay' 2018-12-14
Please Like Me creator Josh Thomas has promised gay sex in his new TV series Everything's Gonna Be Okay.
Australian actor and comedian Josh Thomas, whose LGBT-themed show won legions of critical acclaim and a loyal cult following before wrapping in December 2016 after four seasons, is starring and writing a new show for US cable channel Freeform entitled Everything's Gonna Be Okay.

The upcoming comedy "revolves around Nicholas (Thomas), a typical 25-year-old still living at home with his single dad and two teenage half sisters, who is not particularly helpful in raising his siblings, one of which has autism.
"However, when their dad becomes terminally ill, the girls have to cope with not only a devastating loss but also the realization that Nicholas is the one who will have to hold it all together."
However unlike his character in Please Like Me – who was coming to terms with his sexuality – Thomas’ character is already out in his new show and, as he says, ‘already knows how to bottom.
He told The Hollywood Reporter: “I would just hate to have my very own TV show that doesn’t involve boys kissing.
“In this show, he is very comfortably out and no one is fussed by it. And he like already knows how to bottom.
“So, I’m not sure how much further ‘exploration of sexuality and identity’ there will be.
“But there will be gays in it being gay, I promise. Always.”
Everything’s Gonna Be Okay began development in May but a release date has yet to be announced.
