Should I be worried?

I (21F) started dating a coworker (22M) from a different department a few months ago. Everything was perfect at first. I would spend a night a week at his place at college and get to see him at work and we would text all the time even though he was busy with school and sports. In May, he left our store and moved two hours away to the beach to be a lifeguard for the summer.

Now it's July and for the past month all I get from him is one lousy snapchat a day for the streak we have. I get that he's probably busy with working but everytime I try to start a conversation, I get left on read. I even asked if we could hangout while I was on vacation since I would be close by and he just said he's "super busy so most likely not"

Should I be worried? I have no reason not to trust him. But just feeling ignored is making me frustrated and not liked anymore. I'm not even really sure how to handle this. I've never been in this kind of situation before and I'm not good with confrontation. Any advice is appreciated!

Tl;dr - guy I started seeing for a few months moved 2 hours away for a summer job and we haven't had a real conversation in about a month because he's too busy. Should I be worried?

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
