Is understanding a women's feelings a way of friendzoning yourself?

Ok ok ok don't start telling me to stop in fear of friendzoning I know that already, but in the past two or three actual conversations and actual friendships I've had with girls, I've helped them out with a previous breakup. And it always ended up with me being put in the friendzone. Is this a way of friendzoning yourself? Like turning into a pillar of emotional support and nothing else? Sorry if I sound a bit cold hearted during this. Also, were both 15. Just thought I'd slip it in should anyone need it
