How does one meet new people???

23 year old guy here, I dont get out much or meet new people ever. Never been in a real relationship. Now just lonely and depression is getting worse. I dont think I'm to bad looking from what i hear but whoknows... I'm in fairly good shape, have my own place , educated (4 years of university and a good job in my field), so I dont think I'm all that bad in those regards? I work in a fairly professional setting where the average person has kids around my age so I cant really make friends at work to well, I cant drink so going out to bars alone doesn't seem like an option, all my hobbies are different than %99 of people my age. Tinder and similar apps havent been doing me any good. Afraid if this keeps going I'll just start feeling even worse therefore making girls want to be around me less. I live in a fairly small city so there isnt a whole lot to do, even if there was what could a single person with few friends do to possibly meet a female? Even a friend that didn't go further would be amazing.

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. We have more than a year together and we’ve been living together for like 6 months, we get along pretty good and I’m really in love with her, however I can not seem to open up... and I can tell it’s frustrating to her by the way she tells me it bothers her that she feels she’s the only one committed and the one that’s always sharing... My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now. We hit it off and spent a lot of time together but she began to push our relationship as if there were a time clock for milestones. I was pressed beyond my comfort zone and went with it because of my affection for her.
