F24 new to sex with men, can’t achieve orgasm

I (F24) have been identifying as a lesbian since I was about 15 but recently started experimenting with men, I’ve been regularly hooking up with someone (M23) for about 4 months and even though the sex is nice and we’re having a lot of fun I can just never seem to come during sex. I thought maybe he just isn’t that familiar with the female anatomy but he insists he’s made all the other girls he’s been with come. He does spend a lot of time on just me, giving me head and fingering me generally trying to please me but it doesn’t do much for me. It feels frustrating since I myself very much with my experience do know how to get women off, I try to guide him into the right direction but nothing ever feels the way I’m expecting it to or the way it does when I’m having sex with women. I’m not shy about telling him about what I like, and I do enjoy every aspect of the sex we have so it’s definitely not a question of me not being attracted to him. Trying to please myself to get off doesn’t work either. Is there any tips y’all have for this kind of problem?
