Hives on bottom after riding partner?

I’m a trans man, and my partner is NB with a penis. This evening when doing the do, we were going at it doggy style and finished. After cuddling I went to clean up in the bathroom and realized my bottom felt itchy and took a look in the mirror. I have hives! I have very sensitive skin and my face will break out in hives and be red after making out with my partner, but I’ve never had it happen on my genitals or bottom. Is this just the same thing, my skin just being sensitive? I’m thinking it’s just from their pubic hair but I’m also like wtf lol

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
