She just disappeared after 3 great dates

I went out on three dates with this amazing girl and things only got better and better. She even started telling me about her family and started thinking about things we could’ve done together with her sisters in the near future if things continue to work out. She was shy and reserved but got more and more open. On the third date she was initiating holding hands, which was good since again she’s shy. After the first date she was still texting like normal. Then a day after that she complete ended it with “hey I need sometime to figure things out.” I asked if she wanted to end things and she replied with “I need time to figure things out. A break might be best for now.” I tried to reach out once about a week later just to check up, and then again another 2 weeks after that. She basically complete ghosted. She won’t even check my ig stories. And if she does she prevents the second one from loading as if she doesn’t want me to see that she looked at my stories. She’s a med student that takes her work seriously and it’s 4th year for her- which means interviews for residency. I’m holding out hope in the back of my mind that she at least reaches out again. I just don’t know if it’s school and interviews that’s scaring her from entering a relationship or something else? She got off the dating app we met on and hadn’t really had time to date other guys between our third date and her breaking it up. Any thoughts?

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
