I’m (19M) so insecure and unsure if I’m pleasing my girlfriend (19F) in bed and if she’s completely satisfied. What should I do?

My girlfriend and I have sex when we see each other once a week and a session is usually 25 minutes total with foreplay and everything. I just don’t know if I’m doing a good job. What I mean is I give oral first when she’s sitting on me and she seems to enjoy and can only orgasm from that. I have no idea if she actually is orgasming or faking. I don’t know if she’s telling the truth either. She says I’m an “animal” and her clit does swell up after oral. But often she says to stop when she is overstimulated and tells me she likes that.

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.
