Vagina tore on first time. (18f)

So I have sex for the first time 11 days ago. The day after my vagina began to sting and ache. There was also thick yellow discharge all over that area. I was really concerned I had “caught something” from my boyfriend (but that would be impossible because he was also a virgin.) Anyway, the pain continued for 3 more days and on the third day decided to go to the hospital where I was told I had tears of on both my labia minors and my hymen. However I was in so much pain she couldn’t examine inside my actual vagina. (I only feel pain on the outside anyway) and she prescribed me 3 different antibiotics, some local anaesthetic and sent me home. It’s been 4 days since then and 1 of the labia minors feel better but still looks really red where the tear is. The other is painful beyond belief. My discharge has turned white/cloudy and smells normal but there still a lot more than I’m used to being produced. I still find it hard to walk, I can’t sit down and I can only sleep on my side and we are coming up to 12 days since the actual “tear” happened. Shouldn’t it be healed by now? Should I go check it out again with a doctor. I can’t afford more prescriptions. I paid £37 for the last batch of stuff I got. My barista salary cannot handle all the money I’ve spent on Ubers and medication. I don’t know what to do and I’m really really scared now. I can’t talk to my mum about it. I just need some advice on what to do next.
