STD test was positive but I can’t get my results til tomorrow and I’m freaking out.

Title pretty much says it all. I haven’t had sex in like a year then a couple months ago I met this girl, we talked/dated for a month or so and did the deed. She ghosted me and I started to feel uncomfortable downstairs so I got a test. Got an email that it was positive but I can’t call til tomorrow for the results to see what it is because they are closed and now I’m freaking out. Any words of comfort out there?

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
