/u/justobsolete on Am I too young to know?

If you're old enough to question, you're old enough to start labeling.

I knew I was asexual at 11/12, though I didn't learn the actual word until I was 16/17. I'm 29 now, and that hasn't changed.

But it doesn't even matter how you might feel or identify in the future. You're not a mindreader. You won't be 15 forever, but you still tell people you're 15 because you're 15 now and that's what matters. Same thing with gender and sexuality labels. If you feel ace now, ofc you're allowed to identify as ace.
