Could I get pregnant from this?

so I’ve never had sex before. My boyfriend and I haven’t done it yet and we both plan to use a condom when it does go down. Well today was the day I decided I wanted to do it, but the condom wouldn’t go on properly so we decided that maybe today just wasn’t the right day. So instead, I just kind of jumped on him and his shaft touched my labia and clitoris area. I got scared and jumped off because I didn’t know if there was a precum on his area. to be clear, he did not insert his penis in me. I ended up just wiping everything off my vagina and rinsed it. I am extremely paranoid. I don’t know what to do, I’m freaking out and he thinks I’m just overreacting. i’m honestly scared to even touch my vagina right now. Like, my actual vaginal opening. it’s pretty far from my labia and clit area.

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.
