How can I deal with being horny at work?

I work long hours. I get horny pretty often especially since I take Testosterone.

Masturbating during a bathroom break doesn’t really seem like a realistic option for me because it takes quite a while for me to orgasm and I also have to be in the right headspace. It’s not a one person bathroom either, there are stalls, so other people would be able to come in. I don’t think I would be able to masturbate in that setting, I wouldn’t be able to relax enough to enjoy myself.

Is there nothing else that I can do? Currently I just die inside until I can get home. Is there any way that I can distract myself from feeling horny or something?

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
