/u/vam-purr on I hear about people who have gone through so much because they weren't aware of asexuality, and it makes me feel so very grateful that I encountered this term so early and that I have so many people in this community to look up to

I didn't know about asexuality until age 27 when I came out. So many experiences in my life suddenly made sense. I'm so glad that so many younger people have been able to learn about themselves earlier.
