/u/drowningindepresso on Honestly, even IM confused. It's understandable that they're like this. Them, like me, are also new to the whole me being ace thing. What's the most effective way to deal with it without being rude?

I should really use analogies when arguing, to be fair tho I'm not good at analogies so I most likely will be using one from here.

Also when my friend told me that asexuality was kind of a disability, I got really hurt. I just couldnt tell them because I was scared.

This comment section really makes me feel safe, this whole subreddit makes me feel safe. Knowing that if my friends are acting like this, atleast theres a space for me to feel like I'm normal.
